HR Recruiter
- Graduate/ MBA or any equivalent degree with minimum 5 years of experience from O&M; service industry
- Manage end to end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media and other channels
- Handle recruitment for O&M;, technical, engineering and maintenance positions
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies
- Good proficiency in job portal platforms
- Positive communication skills
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory
