Why This Role Exists

As a Sales Executive, you will be the frontline of that effort. You will identify potential customers, start conversations, book demos, and help move deals forward. This isn't a support role. This is a core growth role - and you will be treated like one.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify ICP-matching companies (startups, SMEs, growing businesses with 10-200 employees)
- Build targeted lists of HR Managers, Founders, Talent Acquisition Heads using LinkedIn, Naukri, Apollo.io
- Maintain a clean, updated lead database in the CRM tool every day
- Identify triggers: funded startups, high-growth companies, job postings on LinkedIn - these are your warmest leads

Outreach & Engagement
- Send personalised LinkedIn DMs and cold emails to prospects - 2030 outreaches per day
- Follow up consistently across a 3-touch sequence (Day 1,



Day 4, Day 9) without being pushy
- Join and engage in HR WhatsApp groups and Slack communities - build credibility, generate leads
- Craft compelling first messages that open conversations, not close sales

Demo Booking & Qualification
- Convert outreach conversations into booked discovery calls and product demos
- Qualify prospects using BANT framework: Budget, Authority, Need, Timing
- Brief the founder before each demo with prospect context and pain points
- Coordinate scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups for every demo booked

Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Track every lead through the sales pipeline - status, next step, notes - in the CRM daily
- Report weekly: leads contacted, responses received, demos booked, deals in progress
- Share market feedback: what objections you're hearing, which messages are working, what prospects say
- Collaborate with the founder to refine outreach mess
