Role & responsibilities
- 10- 20+ years of overall qualified experience, preferably in IT/ITES, e-Governance, technology services, infrastructure, or large-scale project operations.
- Significant experience in state-level / regional operations management.
- Experience in handling large teams and multiple projects/locations.
- Experience in dealing with government departments, PSUs, enterprise clients, or large institutional customers will be preferred.
- Proven experience in project delivery, client management, business operations, and financial management.
