About the Role

Bizfy is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team. The role will provide practical exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and other recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and screening.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Assist in building and maintaining a relevant candidate pipeline.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Robust interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and time-management abilities.




- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.

Qualification
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA, MBA/PGDM-HR and related backgrounds are welcome.
- Freshers can apply; prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
