DIGITAL MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Reports To: Directors / Management

1. Content Creation
- Shoot professional videos, reels, photos and other content for the company.
- Plan and create engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
- Edit videos, reels, photographs and basic graphics as required.

2. Social Media Management
- Manage the company's social media accounts on a daily basis.
- Upload reels, videos, posts, stories and other content.
- Maintain a regular content calendar and posting schedule.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement and audience responses.

3. Video Production
- Handle video shooting from concept to final upload.
- Operate cameras, mobile phones, lighting and basic audio equipment.
- Create short-form videos, promotional videos, product videos and corporate content.

4. Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Promote company products, brand activities, events and achievements online.
- Monitor digital trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.

5. Brand Management




- Maintain a consistent and professional company image across all digital platforms.
- Ensure all content follows company branding and management guidelines.
- Coordinate with Directors for approval of important/public-facing content.

6. Content Planning
- Develop monthly and weekly content plans.
- Cover company activities, events, products, exhibitions, achievements and behind-the-scenes content.
- Maintain an organized library of photos, videos and digital assets.

7. Analytics & Reporting
- Track followers, reach, engagement, views and other social media performance.
- Prepare regular digital marketing reports for management.
- Identify which content performs best and improve future content accordingly.

8. Coordination
- Coordinate with Directors and different departments to collect information and create content.
- Cover significant meetings, events, exhibitions and company activities.
