is recruiting on behalf of one of the hiring partners for a remote
Expert Project Manager opportunity
supporting projects focused on advancing next-generation AI and LLM systems.
You will help manage AI training projects by tracking project and contributor performance, reviewing quality, coordinating with contributors, and ensuring projects stay organized and on track. The role is ideal for someone highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- You will monitor project and annotator performance using tools such as
Google Sheets
, review contributor work for quality, communicate with project contributors, identify operational issues, and help keep AI training projects running smoothly.
- You’ll also analyze project data, solve unfamiliar operational challenges, and work independently to ensure projects meet quality and performance goals.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Ideal candidates have experience in
project management, program management, operations, workforce management, or similar roles
.
Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and take ownership of problems through to resolution.
- Experience with
AI training, data annotation, LLM projects, or technical operations
is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Commitment:
- $50-$60/hour
- Fully remote
