Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end hiring for our IT Consulting and Digital Consulting business. The role requires expertise in technology, niche, leadership, and large-scale hiring, along with strong stakeholder and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce requirements.
- Lead hiring across technology, digital, data, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, and other niche skill areas.
- Partner with CXOs, Business Heads, and Delivery Leaders for workforce planning and hiring prioritization.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake to onboarding.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing TA team.
- Personally handle critical leadership and niche hiring mandates.
- Track key recruitment metrics including TAT, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio,



and cost per hire.
- Manage recruitment vendors, RPOs, and executive search partners.
- Drive ATS adoption, recruitment analytics, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support diversity hiring and workforce planning across locations and delivery centers.

Candidate Requirements
- 12–18 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in IT Services, IT Consulting, or Digital Consulting.
- Proven experience in large-scale, niche, and leadership hiring.
- Robust experience in managing senior stakeholders and CXO-level business leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead recruitment teams.
- Experience with workforce planning, recruitment analytics, ATS, vendor management, and talent market intelligence.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Master’s in HR or Business Management preferred.
