Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Australian mortgage loan officer to manage the loan application and processing journey from submission through settlement. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Australian home loan products, lender policies, documentation requirements, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and process residential and investment loan applications.
- Prepare and submit loan applications to Australian lenders.
- Review client documents, income, liabilities, and supporting information.
- Liaise with brokers, clients, banks, BDMs, and lenders throughout the loan process.
- Manage lender requirements, conditions, and outstanding documents.
- Monitor applications and provide regular status updates.
- Review loan approvals and ensure conditions are satisfied before settlement.




- Coordinate with lenders and solicitors/conveyancers through to settlement.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Australian lending requirements.
- Manage multiple applications while meeting lender and internal deadlines.

Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in Australian mortgage processing or loan administration.
- Good understanding of Australian residential lending and lender policies.
- Experience with loan submission platforms such as ApplyOnline, Mercury, or lender portals.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple loan files.
- Australian mortgage broking/finance experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
