About The Role
GBR Fertility Centre, Chennai is looking for a polite, well-organized, and patient-friendly Front Office Executive / Receptionist & Billing Executive to manage patient enquiries, appointments, OPD & IPD Billing, reception desk activities, and daily coordination between patients, doctors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a skilled and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in patient queries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate doctor consultations
- Maintain patient records and front office registers accurately
- Guide patients regarding consultation process, reports, billing, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counsellors, accounts, and lab teams
- Manage daily appointment flow and reduce patient waiting time
- Handle OPD & IPD billing and payment coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and patient-friendly

Candidate Requirements
- Both Female & Male (for Night shift) candidates preferred




- 1-7 years of experience in reception, front office, billing in hospital, clinic, fertility centre, or customer service roles
- Only experienced people with good communication skills may apply
- Good spoken Tamil and basic English required & telugu is added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge for word, excel, email, HMS, etc., required
- Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and appointment systems
- Pleasant personality, patience, and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
- Prior healthcare/hospital experience is a must

Qualification
- Any graduate / diploma / higher secondary with relevant experience
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
