Role- Sr. Specialist (Finance MDM+FP&A;)
Location-Gurgaon (Sector 48)
Shift- 12 pm-10 pm
Work model- Hybrid
**This is an IC role and candiate must be on paper assistant manager with some finance MDM knowledge and FP&A; knowledge to be eligible for this role**
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain finance master data (e.g., chart of accounts, organizational hierarchies, etc.) in the following key systems: multiple system in use
including various BPCs, SAP etc.
Manage and maintain account mapping between key systems.
Ongoing review of the impact of master data changes on key systems and the broader reporting environment.
Design Authority input for management accounts reporting and financial reporting.
Support of and involvement in the OneERP CIM development and roll out.
Ad hoc support for reporting requirements, if needed (e.g.,management accounts reporting, budgets, impairment testing, etc.).
Knowledge and Attributes:
Excellent attention to detail, able to maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality
Robust communication skills (written and verbal),
able to communicate at all levels within the organization
Self-starter, able to tackle problems independently but consult and ask for guidance when necessary
Comfortable to seek direction or input from seniors
Ability to follow processes methodically and thoroughly, and enforce policies
Strong change management skills
Deadline driven and able to cope with stressful situations
Solid negotiation skills, ability to be persuasive
Required Experience:
Comprehensive financial reporting experience
IFRS application experience
Knowledge of end-to-end business processes, and an understanding of the impact of system changes on financial reporting
Advanced MS Excel skills
Advantageous but not essential: knowledge of data architecture and data structures, previous experience working on accounting systems such as SAP
ERP, SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), SAP Central Finance (CFIN), etc
