The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural planning, design development, statutory submissions, and coordination for assigned projects. The role requires robust technical expertise, sound knowledge of applicable building regulations and development norms, and the ability to independently manage architectural deliverables from concept through approvals and execution support.

The Senior Architect will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, consultants, clients, sanctioning authorities, and site teams, while providing technical guidance and leadership to junior architects, draughtsman, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Planning & Design
- Lead architectural concept planning and design development for assigned projects.
- Develop and review architectural layouts in accordance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and oversee preparation of demarcation, zoning, and development plans.
- Prepare and review floor plan, sections, elevation, terrace plan, basement plan,



stilt plan & area statements.
- Ensure design are practical, technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with project objectives.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across project stages.
- Provide design inputs and technical guidance to the architecture team.

2. Statutory Approvals & Authority Coordination
- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings and documentation for submission to competent authorities.
- Coordinate with sanctioning authorities regarding observations, queries, revisions, and approval-related requirements.
- Ensure drawings and submissions comply with applicable building codes, development regulations, zoning requirements, and local authority norms.
- Track statutory submissions and approvals and ensure timely closure of authority comments.
