Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Sudarshanpura, Bais Godam, Jaipur

Industry: Silver Jewellery Export | Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 CTC | Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic & international client communication through Email, WhatsApp & Phone.

Manage inquiries, quotations, costing, order follow-up, dispatch & after-sales support.

Prepare costing for Custom, OEM, ODM & Private Label jewellery.

Coordinate with Design, Production, QC & Logistics teams.

Resolve client queries and ensure timely follow-up and order execution.

Maintain customer records, MIS and follow-up reports.

Required Skills

1–3 years Jewellery Industry experience is mandatory.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email & CRM.

Strong follow-up, coordination and customer relationship skills.

Jewellery export experience will be an added advantage.
