Role Description
The Intune/MDM Meraki Freelance Trainer will deliver full time remote training on Microsoft Intune, mobile device management (MDM), and Cisco Meraki solutions to corporate and institutional clients. Responsibilities include designing and updating course content,



developing hands-on labs and demos, and customizing training materials to match client requirements and learner profiles. The trainer will conduct live virtual sessions, workshops, and Q&A; forums, ensuring participants gain practical skills in configuration, deployment, security policies, and troubleshooting. Additional tasks involve assessing learner progress, providing feedback, creating certification-oriented content, and collaborating with SFJ’s curriculum and technology teams to keep programs aligned with current industry standards.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and endpoint management.
- Demonstrated Teaching and Training experience, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups.
- Background in Lecturing or corporate facilitation, including delivering structured sessions,
