Role & responsibilities
- Manage relationships and coordination with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for mutual fund distribution.
- Handle client onboarding processes (online and offline), ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance (KYC norms).
- Execute and monitor end-to-end mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, and switches.
- Oversee the complete billing and commission process, including tracking and reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports, investment summaries, and operational reports on a regular basis.
- Support and coordinate with the wealth management team for client servicing and portfolio execution.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of all operational activities.
- Address client queries related to investments, transactions, and account details. Worked on Red Vision software

Preferred candidate profile




- 25 years of relevant experience in mutual fund operations / wealth management.
- Experience working as a mutual fund distributor is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with AMC tie-ups and coordination.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund processes, compliance, and documentation.
- Familiarity with platforms like BSE Star MF, NSE NMF II, or similar is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience in handling wealth management operations.
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
