The Product Executive supports the product pod in taking assigned features and modules from requirement to release. The role is execution-focused: gathering and documenting requirements, maintaining product artefacts, coordinating with engineering and QA on day-to-day clarifications, running functional testing, and tracking issues to closure.

The incumbent works under the direction of the Team Lead – Product, owning discrete features or sub-modules rather than full product lines, and is expected to progressively build domain depth in financial-services workflows. This is a development role: the objective is to grow into independent product ownership over time

1 Requirement Documentation & Product Support
- Prepare and maintain product documentation under the Team Lead's direction — user stories with acceptance criteria, functional notes, process flows, field-level specifications, wireframe annotations and change logs.




- Participate in requirement discussions with internal stakeholders and client teams; capture accurate minutes, action items and open questions, and circulate them promptly.
- Convert clarifications received from stakeholders into updates to the relevant specification, ensuring documents never fall behind the agreed scope.
- Maintain the product artefact repository with correct versioning, naming conventions and sign-off records.
- Research competitor features, regulatory notifications and industry practices as directed, and summarise findings into usable briefs.

2 Delivery Coordination
- Maintain assigned items in the backlog and issue tracker — statuses, descriptions, linkages, sprint tagging and closure notes.
- Act as first-line respondent to routine functional queries from engineering and QA; escalate ambiguous or decision-heavy items to the Team Lead rather than assuming an answer.
- Track sprint progress, flag slippage early, and prepare daily or weekly status inputs for the pod.
