Dr. JP’s Classes is looking for a highly motivated and innovative Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our day-to-day operations and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization.

We are looking for someone who is not just an administrator, but a proactive leader with great ideas, robust execution skills, and the ability to turn ideas into practical results. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing teams, improving operational efficiency, identifying new opportunities, and helping take Dr. JP’s Classes to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the institution.
- Develop and implement new ideas and strategies to improve business and student experience.
- Coordinate and manage different teams and departments.
- Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Improve internal processes, productivity, and overall efficiency.
- Support student admissions,



marketing, academic, and administrative operations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely execution of responsibilities.
- Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to business development.
- Work closely with the management to implement organizational strategies and goals.
- Build a positive, professional, and performance-driven work environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, B.Tech, MBA, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate and implement new ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and responsibilities effectively.
- Strong understanding of business operations and management.
