Job Description:

Ramaiah Capital is looking for a Strategy & Planning Manager to drive business growth through structured planning, product innovation, digital initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual and quarterly business plans and track key performance metrics.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity assessment.
- Prepare strategic presentations, board notes, and business review documents.
- Conceptualise new lending products and prepare product notes/workflows.
- Drive product enhancements based on customer insights and market trends.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams for product rollout.
- Build financial models for products, branches, and current initiatives.
- Conduct profitability analysis, cost-benefit studies, and scenario planning.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management insights.




- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and track campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML-based process improvement and automation.
- Work with technology teams on digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:
- MBA in Finance & Marketing.
- 3-6 years of experience in Strategy, Product, Business Planning, or Digital Initiatives in NBFC/Bank/Fintech.
- Strong knowledge of lending products, financial modelling, and market research.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation, and digital transformation.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, MIS, analytical and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
