Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident,



and customer-focused International Technical Customer Support Executive to join our growing US Support Process.

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and customer support to international clients, primarily based in the United States. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to POS software, computer hardware, peripherals, printers, payment devices, and basic network connectivity.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a transparent and neutral/US-oriented accent, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the confidence to communicate professionally with international customers.
