Micron ERP is building school management software for private schools across Punjab and India — helping principals, teachers, and admins run their institutions digitally. We are an early-stage EdTech startup growing fast across Punjab, and you will work directly with our founding team and Marketing Head to build Micron ERP's brand presence from the ground up.

About This Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing & Content Specialist to join our growing team. You will own content creation, campaign execution, and brand communication across all channels — helping Micron ERP build credibility with school principals, administrators, and education decision-makers across India.

This is a high-ownership role — you won't be maintaining someone else's playbook, you'll be helping build it. If you love creating content that actually drives results,



can write for both LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and understand how to market to a non-tech audience like school principals — this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Content Strategy & Creation

Create compelling content across formats — blog posts, social media, emailers, WhatsApp messages, case studies, and one-pagers
Write content that speaks directly to school principals, directors, and administrators in a language they understand and trust
Develop a consistent brand voice for Micron ERP across all channels
Create Punjabi and Hindi content for regional school outreach campaigns

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting private schools across Punjab and India
Run email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns to school prospect lists
Coordinate with the BD team to create supporting collateral — pitch decks, school brochures, objection handling scripts
Track campaign performance
