Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire tender process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders and meeting client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering) to gather necessary information for tender preparation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze tender documents, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes reviewing technical specifications, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns during the tender phase.

Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in civil construction or related field (engineering & construction).
- Robust understanding of tendering procedures and regulations in the power industry.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
