About the Role

SeedWill Consulting is looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team in Goa. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and a good understanding of the Goa real estate market.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various channels and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




- Understand customer requirements, budget, investment objectives, and preferred locations.
- Pitch and sell residential/commercial real estate projects to prospective clients.
- Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits with clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle negotiations and work towards successful closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
