Job Description: Selenium-Java (SDET) - Test Automation Lead (Exp: 6 Yrs to 9 Yrs)

As a Java SDET Lead, you will be responsible for contributing measurable values to enable the software development team to deliver new and enhanced features to our customers. You will be accountable for functional testing and test automation. You will program test automation frameworks (CI/CD), develop and execute test automation scripts. You will be responsible for selecting testing tools and providing test automation solutions to assist our manual testing processes.

Technical Qualifications:
- Experience should have 5 to 6 years of experience in Software Development & Quality Assurance.
- Strong programming experience in Selenium, Java, Maven, JUnit, Rest API Automation.
- Experience with e-commerce domain is required.
- Good to have experience on Serenity framework, Playwright.
- Strong experience in writing clear, concise test case.
- Solid experience with Agile software development process and DevOps.
- Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology.




- Good exposure to Behaviour Driven Development or Test-Driven Development and experience in programming and testing.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Intermediate skill level of understanding of CICD, GitHub, Maven, Rest Assure API and DOM Concepts.
- The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Apply application requirements, create, and execute functional test scenarios from user stories.
- Perform manual testing, review functional features to determine feasible regression test cases, test automation coverage.
- Collaborate with the scrum team, participate in scrum activities such as scrum meetings, sprint refinement, sprint planning, BIG ROOM planning and retro.
- Create automation scripts using Serenity framework, manage/maintain all regression execution on feature levels.
