Role Purpose

To ensure effective coordination and control of materials, inventory, karigaar workflow and related operational processes within Z-Studio, enabling smooth prototype development, material availability, traceability and timely movement of materials and products.

The role will act as a key coordination point for material planning, inventory control, documentation, karigaar-related processes and operational discipline, with a solid focus on accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Material & Inventory Management
- Manage day-to-day inventory of materials and stock associated with Z-Studio activities.
- Ensure systematic recording and tracking of material receipts, issues, transfers and returns.
- Maintain material accountability and support regular reconciliation of physical and recorded stock.
- Ensure appropriate control and custody of valuable materials and secure storage areas.

2. Material Planning & Procurement Coordination
- Identify material requirements based on prototype and product development needs.




- Coordinate ordering of diamonds and other materials required for Z-Studio prototypes.
- Monitor material requirements and availability to support timely execution of work.
- Manage ordering and replenishment of workshop consumables and stationery as required.

3. Karigaar & Workflow Coordination
- Maintain relevant records of karigaar allocation, material issues, work status and material returns.
- Track movement of work and materials to support smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and accountability throughout the karigar workflow.

4. BOM & Process Data Management
- Maintain and update relevant BOM and material-related data.
- Ensure alignment between approved requirements, material issued and material consumed wherever applicable.
- Maintain accurate operational records required for tracking and reconciliation.

5. In-warding & Dispatch Control
- Coordinate the in-warding of materials and ens
