Position

Panel Wiring & PLC Programmer

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in panel wiring and PLC programming.
- Hands-on experience in SPM / Automation machines is preferred.
- Experience in machine commissioning and troubleshooting is an added advantage.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE or related field.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform electrical control panel wiring for SPM and automation machines.
- Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams and wiring drawings.
- Perform panel component mounting, wiring, ferruling and termination.
- Develop and modify PLC programs based on machine requirements.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting and debugging.
- Work on HMI programming and machine automation.
- Handle machine testing, debugging and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, sensor and actuator-related issues.
- Coordinate with mechanical and design teams during machine commissioning.




- Maintain electrical drawings and machine documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical panel wiring.
- Good knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams.
- Knowledge of HMI programming.
- Valuable understanding of sensors, actuators, relays, contactors and control components.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PLC Platforms

Experience in any of the following:
- Siemens
- Mitsubishi
- Delta
- Allen-Bradley

Preferred Experience
- SPM / Automation machine wiring
- PLC programming
- HMI programming
- Control panel wiring
- Machine commissioning
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Sensors and pneumatic systems
