Junior Research Assistant – Electrochemistry / Hydrogen R&D;

Location: Pashan, Pune

ProtonCraft Innovations is looking for a motivated and quick-learning Junior Research Assistant to support our R&D; activities involving electrochemistry, hydrogen generation, catalyst development, and lab-to-scale-up experiments.

Role
- Perform and assist with lab-scale electrochemical experiments and scale-up trials.
- Support catalyst synthesis, electrode preparation, electrolyzer testing, and hydrogen-generation experiments.
- Operate and monitor experimental setups and maintain accurate experimental records.
- Troubleshoot experiments and adapt quickly to changing R&D; requirements.
- Work hands-on in a quick-paced startup environment.

Preferred Candidate




- B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech./M.Tech in Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Energy or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of electrochemistry is preferred.
- Previous project/internship experience in hydrogen generation, electrolysis, electrocatalysis, or catalyst development is highly desirable.
- Smart, practical, quick to learn, hardworking, and willing to take ownership.
- Candidates from Pune or nearby locations are preferred.
