Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will be responsible for developing performance strategies, planning and allocating budgets, launching and optimising campaigns, and ensuring accounts consistently work towards their ROAS, CPA and overall business targets.

This is an execution-ownership and client-facing role.



You will act as the day-to-day point of contact for your accounts, make decisions on budget allocation and campaign strategy, present performance insights to clients, and proactively identify opportunities for growth.

You will also manage and mentor Associates working on your accounts, ensuring quality execution, strong analytical thinking and continuous improvement.
