Operate CNC machines such as CNC turning, milling, drilling, or machining centers.
- Load raw materials and unload finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform tool offset adjustments and basic machine setting corrections.
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Maintain production records and quality documentation.
- Identify machine issues and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of machines and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet delivery
