Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales person to handle sales calls for Optimist across both B2C and B2B leads. The role involves speaking to interested customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Optimist clearly, handling objections, following up strongly, and converting leads into sales.

The person should be comfortable making and receiving calls throughout the day, maintaining proper sales call logs, updating lead status, and ensuring no lead is missed. They should also be able to support store sales whenever required by speaking to walk-in





customers and helping them understand the product.

Key Responsibilities
- Call inbound and outbound B2C/B2B leads.
- Explain Optimists benefits, pricing, warranty, installation, and service.
- Handle customer objections and comparison queries.
- Follow up regularly until closure or clear drop-off.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up notes.
- Coordinate with delivery, installation, and service teams after conversion.
- Support store sales when required.
- Share daily and weekly sales updates.

Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, phone sales, customer sales, or consumer durable sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable doing sales calls every day.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Basic comfort with Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Willingness to learn product details and improve continuously.
