Role & responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of e-commerce operations across Shopify and marketplaces like Myntra or Nykaa Fashion. Manage listing and updation.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle order processing, quality checks, packing, dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure the right product, size, colour and quantity reaches the customer accurately and on time.
- Manage returns, exchanges, cancellations and RTOs, ensuring timely resolution and inventory updates.
- Oversee customer queries related to orders, delivery, returns and exchanges and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Own inventory management and planning at SKU and size level.
- Monitor sales trends, fast-moving and slow-moving products, and proactively identify upcoming stock-outs.
- Plan replenishment, production and purchase requirements based on sales velocity, seasonality and available inventory.
- Coordinate closely with production teams, vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely availability of stock.
- Maintain operational MIS and use Excel/Google Sheets and data to make informed decisions.




- Identify operational gaps, solve problems independently and continuously improve processes.
- Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring accountability, accuracy and timely execution.

Preferred candidate profile
- Prior experience in apparel/fashion e-commerce or D2C is essential.
- 3-4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, inventory, fulfilment or supply-chain operations.
- Experience managing apparel inventory, SKU/size-level planning and order fulfilment.
- Robust understanding of Shopify and/or major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Experience managing or leading an operations team.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with customers, vendors, production teams and logistics partners.
