PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The said resource will be a part of the DCM team, assisting Sr. Product Specialist/Product Specialist DCM in all aspects of DCM origination, Distribution and execution of debt issuances for cross section of issuers across corporates, NBFCs, financial institutions, etc.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Support Product Specialist/Sr. Product specialist on transactions by delivering operational, executional and documentation related assistance
- Ensure seamless transaction delivery, client servicing and post deal management of the client/transaction
- Keep track of market trades/primary transaction to apprise team on market trends/provide intelligence/price discovery of mandates




- Provide inputs to senior team members about deal pipelines, priorities, deadlines etc.
- Assist senior team members in preparation of internal documentation/memos for transaction approvals
- Assist in structuring of bond offerings

Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Assist in ensuring aspects of bond origination and issuance follow relevant policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams (risk, relationship, compliance, etc.) to seek clarifications and conclude on critical deal related aspects
- Contribute to streamline operational workflows to improve client/transaction turnaround timelines

Risk and Internal Control
- Assist to ensure that DCM transactions adhere to internal risk management guidelines, regulatory requirements, etc.
- Assist Relationship management teams in preparation of credit memoranda by proving relevant market related inputs while seeking limits for Investment transactions
