Food & Beverage (F&B;) Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our resort's culinary and service teams. You will oversee all dining outlets, banquets, and room service to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage daily F&B; operations across all resort restaurants, bars, and events.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest service.
- Resolve guest complaints swiftly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Inspect dining areas daily for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

Financial Management
- Control labor and operational costs to maximize resort profitability.
- Analyze monthly sales reports to optimize menu pricing and forecasting.
- Manage inventory levels, food ordering,



and vendor relationships.
- Develop annual budgets alongside the resort executive team.

Team Leadership
- Train, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Mentor supervisors to foster career growth and team retention.
- Enforce local health department codes and alcohol service laws.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team briefings.
