Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Head to lead commercial and contract management activities for a large-scale industrial project in Dholera.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall commercial and contract management for the project.
- Manage contracts, subcontractors, vendors and commercial documentation.
- Review BOQ, work orders, variations, claims and change orders.
- Monitor project cost, budget and commercial performance.
- Manage contractor billing, certification, reconciliation and payments.
- Review contractual terms and ensure compliance.
- Handle claims, disputes and contractual correspondence.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Procurement, Engineering and Finance teams.
- Prepare commercial MIS,



cost reports and management reports.
- Support audits and project close-out activities.

Candidate Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant Commercial / Contracts experience.
- B.E. / B.Tech qualification.
- Experience in Industrial / EPC / Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ, billing, variations, claims and cost control.
- Robust negotiation and contractor/vendor management skills.
- Experience handling large-scale projects preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
