Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and cleanliness operations in banquet venues. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in banquet, hotel, resort, or event housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping activities before, during, and after banquet events.
- Ensure banquet halls, dining areas, washrooms, corridors, and service areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
- Coordinate with the Banquet Manager, F&B; Team, and Event Team for event setup and cleaning requirements.
- Ensure timely cleaning and preparation of venues before events.
- Monitor cleanliness during events and arrange immediate cleaning whenever required.
- Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials, toiletries, linen, and housekeeping supplies.
- Inspect cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
- Ensure proper waste collection and disposal as per hygiene standards.




- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
- Handle guest/client complaints related to cleanliness and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain housekeeping checklists, inspection reports, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Housekeeping Operations, or any relevant qualification.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Banquet Housekeeping, Hotel Housekeeping, Resort, Catering, or Event Operations.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
- Strong team supervision and coordination skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Presentable personality and professional grooming.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and during late-night events.
