We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer with 7+ years of experience to lead visual design across our brand, marketing, culture, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate combines robust visual design fundamentals with advanced Figma expertise and hands-on experience with AI-powered image generation and emerging creative technologies.

You’ll take ideas from concept to execution, experiment with new tools and workflows, create compelling visual narratives, and help build a distinctive and consistent visual language for the brand.
Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Creative Direction
- Lead visual direction across internal branding, marketing campaigns, culture initiatives, recruitment, events, and brand communications.
- Translate briefs, business objectives, and abstract ideas into strong visual concepts and compelling narratives.
- Create high-quality visual assets for social media, websites,



presentations, campaigns, events, emailers, and internal communications.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across different formats and touchpoints.
- Explore emerging visual trends, styles, formats, and technologies to continuously evolve the brand.
- Present and articulate creative concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Figma & Design Systems
- Demonstrate advanced hands-on expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Grids, Effects, Boolean Operations, responsive layouts, and design systems.
- Use Figma to create scalable, structured, and production-ready visual systems and templates.
- Leverage Figma Buzz to build scalable templates for emailers and other repeatable marketing and communication formats.
- Stay current with Figma’s latest features, plugins, and capabilities and identify opportunities to improve creative workflows
