Design and configure Zuora Billing solutions based on business requirements.

Implement subscription lifecycle processes including Subscribe, Amend, Renew, Cancel, and Suspend.

Configure Products, Product Rate Plans, Charges, Billing Rules, and Payment Terms.

Develop and maintain Zuora integrations with CRM, ERP, payment, and other enterprise applications.

Work with Zuora APIs, AQuA, Data Sources, Data Query, and Zuora Connect.

Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware platforms.

Configure and troubleshoot invoice generation, payments, taxation, refunds, credit memos, and collections.

Implement complex pricing models including usage-based, recurring, one-time, tiered, volume, and discount pricing.

Work on Zuora CPQ configuration and Salesforce integration.

Support Zuora Revenue implementations, revenue recognition, and accounting processes where required.

Develop custom solutions using Zuora Workflow and business rules.

Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and provide technical solutions.





Collaborate with business analysts, architects, Salesforce teams, finance teams, and integration teams.

Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing.

Experience with Zuora Subscription Management.

Good understanding of Zuora Product Catalog and Rate Plans.

Strong knowledge of Zuora APIs and integrations.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.

Experience with Zuora Data Query / Data Sources / AQuA.

Knowledge of subscription lifecycle and quote-to-cash processes.

Experience troubleshooting billing and invoicing issues.

Valuable understanding of SQL/database concepts.

Experience working with Salesforce and/or ERP integrations.
