- 56 years of Workday Adaptive Planning experience
- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification – Mandatory
- End-to-end Adaptive Planning implementation experience
- Strong experience in:
- Finance Planning
- Workforce Planning
- Sales Planning
- Standard, Modeled & Cube Sheets
- Dimensions, Levels, Accounts, Versions & Calculations
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis
- Dashboards, Reporting & OfficeConnect
- Data Loading & Validation
- Integrations, ETL, SQL & File-based integrations
- Security & Access Configuration
- Unit Testing, UAT & Production Support
- Go-live and post-production support

Valuable to Have
- Adaptive REST APIs
- Workday Financials / HCM integrations
- FP&A; experience
- Model optimization & performance improvement
- Global client experience
