The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workforce management, and driving team performance while maintaining high standards of efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve operational goals.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage.
- Monitor and control shrinkage, attrition, and manpower utilization.
- Maintain and analyze reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Track team KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
- Act as a bridge between management and team members, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.
