Job Profile:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

1.



Production and Productivity Throughput
- Achieving departmental throughput (painting of products, sub-assemblies & components) as per the Annual Business Plan.
- Monitoring and improving productivity across painting operations.
- Driving process improvements in the painting process to meet changing quality standards.
- Ensuring control over absenteeism to maintain consistent manpower availability.

2. Quality & Safety compliance
- Ensuring zero hazards in the departments by Daily Safety Rounds, Toolbox Meetings, HIRA process, etc.
- Maintain a safe working workplace by eliminating unsafe conditions and actions.
- Keep accurate records for the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure its proper maintenance.
- Disposal of hazardous waste to the designated agency as per the hazardous waste responsibilities matrix.
- Communicating the Environmental aspects and hazards pertaining to the activities to employees
