About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Associate with 2+ years of experience in selling digital marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, pitching digital marketing solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify and target potential B2B clients requiring digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Pitch and sell services such as SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, Branding, and Lead Generation.
- Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and convert leads into clients.




- Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal digital marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.

Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Proven experience in selling digital marketing services or IT/digital services.
- Robust lead generation and cold-calling skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
