We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing suitable courses, training programs, internships, and career-development opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand a learner's career goals and recommend the right learning path.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and professionals regarding courses, certifications, internships, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, skills, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses and explain course structure, duration, fees, and career prospects.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, college outreach programs, and career counselling activities.
- Achieve individual and team counselling/enrolment targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
- Collect feedback and maintain solid student engagement throughout the enrolment process.
- We are looking for someone who is empathetic, energetic, persuasive, goal-oriented, and genuinely interested in helping students make better career decisions.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
