Job Purpose

To drive patient referrals and business growth by building and maintaining strong professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, healthcare providers, and key healthcare influencers. The role focuses on enhancing referral networks, increasing patient footfalls, promoting hospital specialties and services, and strengthening the hospital's presence within the medical community.

Key Responsibilities

Referral Network Development
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with referring physicians, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare practitioners.
- Expand the hospital's referral network across assigned territories.
- Increase referrals for OPD consultations, diagnostics, procedures, and inpatient services.
- Create and execute referral development plans to drive business growth.

Relationship Management
- Maintain regular engagement with referring doctors and healthcare providers.




- Ensure timely response to queries, feedback, and service-related concerns.
- Build long-term professional relationships based on trust and service excellence.
- Act as a key liaison between referring physicians and hospital specialists.

Business Growth & Referral Generation
- Promote hospital specialties, consultants, clinical programs, and healthcare services.
- Drive referral volumes across key specialties and service lines.
- Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and patient acquisition.
- Support achievement of referral and revenue targets.

Doctor Engagement Programs
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meets, clinical discussions, and networking events.
- Coordinate specialist interactions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
