Job Summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, presenting Hyundai models, conducting test drives, generating bookings, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the Hyundai showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain Hyundai vehicle features, specifications, variants, and pricing.
- Conduct effective vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Generate leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Explain finance, insurance, exchange, accessories, and other value-added services.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers until vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with finance, insurance, exchange, and delivery teams.
- Ensure a smooth and qualified customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Participate in showroom events, promotional activities, and local marketing campaigns.
- Maintain professional grooming and adhere to Hyundai showroom standards.

Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Automobile / Sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in automobile sales may also apply.

Pay: ₹620,798.83 - ₹1,841,498.33 per year
