Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment drives for bulk hiring of Dumper, Excavator, and Payloader Operators.
- Vendor Development: Identify, develop, and manage vendors to supply Dumpers, Excavators, and Payloaders.
- Bulk Hiring: Plan and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns to meet operational manpower requirements.
- HR Operations: Manage daily HR activities including attendance, payroll support, employee records, and compliance.
- Employee Relations: Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances effectively.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and maintain proper HR documentation.
- Performance Monitoring: Support line managers in tracking workforce performance and productivity.
- Collaborates Closely with Mining Sites and Business Unit Leaders.
