Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions across various functions, including corporate HR, retail HR, and non-IT roles.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in Kannada-speaking regions through lateral hiring, leadership hiring, mid-level hiring, niche hiring, and volume hiring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet performance expectations.

Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition with a focus on senior-level hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles at all levels (CXO to mid-level) across multiple industries (FMCG/Retail/Corporate).
- Robust understanding of Kannada language is essential for effective communication with local candidates.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer acceptance.
