Profile : Payroll Specialist ( Staffing)

Location : Chandigarh

Experience : 6 month and Above

Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing salary structure
- Payroll Management
- Attendance management, payable days/leave calculation, salary processing of all outsourced employees and timely disbursement of salaries
- Backend client Operation activity (client & associate management)
- Associate data management ( Data management in Excel)
- Client/ associate reports and dashboards
- Regular follow up with the clients and understanding the requirement.
- Employee record generation in software
- On boarding formalities,
- Possess extensive exposure in managing statutory compliances like PF, ESIC and so on.
- Completing Full & Final Settlement of resigned employees
