Key Responsibilities -

1. Costing & Quotation Management
- RFQ Preparation:
Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes by analyzing technical drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) for electronic components and assemblies.
- Customer Proposals:
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers based on thorough product costing.
- Spend Analysis:




Conduct "Actual vs. Estimated" spend analysis to identify variances and improve future pricing accuracy.

2. Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development
- Supplier Identification:
Identify and develop a dedicated pool of alternate manufacturers/vendors to ensure supply chain resilience.
- Negotiation:
Evaluate and compare global vendor quotations to negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and reduced lead times without compromising quality.
- Global Supply Chain:
Coordinate with international suppliers to stay ahead of market trends and component obsolescence.

3. Material Planning & Production Support
- Assembly Scheduling:
Plan material requirements in strict alignment with the assembly schedule to ensure zero downtime.
- Shortage Management:
Proactively track and resolve shortages or "critical-path" items to meet production deadlines.

Maintain real-time material tracke
