- Provide first-level and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and
- mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft
- 365.
- Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network devices.
- Install and maintain antivirus software and apply security updates.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets, including inventory and asset documentation.
- Set up workstations, peripherals, and IT equipment for recent employees.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs and software support.




- Perform regular system backups and assist in disaster recovery activities.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security guidelines.
- Support meeting room audio/video equipment and video conferencing platforms.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
