Job Description
As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring a team of SAP consultants, ensuring the successful implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture designs.
- Ensure the quality and performance of SAP S/4HANA solutions through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Provide technical expertise and support during SAP implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.




- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
- Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management.
- Foster a team-oriented and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Proven track record of leading and managing SAP ABAP teams, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ALV, BAPIs, and user exits.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration strategies, and best practices.
- Experience in SAP Fiori and UI5 development is highly preferred.
