Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisor – North America to join our team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for professionals and customers across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a proactive approach, solid problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for professionals and customers across the US and Canada.
- Work in the 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST shift.
- Become a product expert and assist new and existing professionals with queries related to our offerings.




- Handle inbound calls and emails and ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Use the Zendesk ticketing system to manage customer emails and support tickets.
- Handle unresolved queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Identify and execute sales opportunities where applicable.
- Consistently meet Customer Success KPIs.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience :
- Excellent spoken and written English communication with a clear and confident communication style.
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling international customers.
- Strong problem-solving and selling skills.
- Comfortable using laptops/computers with above-average typing speed.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, driven, and committed to a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow within
