Role & responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients regarding commercial real estate projects.

2. Explain project details, location, specifications, pricing, payment plans, investment opportunities, and other relevant information to clients.

3. Understand client requirements, budget, investment objectives, and preferences and accordingly suggest suitable commercial properties.

4. Generate, follow up, and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, CRM, references, and other available sources.

5. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process.

6. Coordinate and schedule client meetings and site visits with the Sales Manager / Sales Team.

7. Accompany or assist in client site visits wherever required and ensure a smooth client experience.

8. Handle clients professionally over calls and during meetings/site visits, addressing their queries and providing accurate project information.

9. Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Marketing,



and other internal teams for smooth handling of client requirements.

10. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, client interactions, and conversion status in the CRM/MIS.

11. Regularly update the Sales Manager regarding lead status, prospective clients, site visits, and potential closures.

12. Follow up with clients after site visits and support the Sales Team in taking the lead towards closure.

13. Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.

14. Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, site visit, and conversion targets.

15. Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience at every stage.

Preferred candidate profile

* relevant experience in real estate telesales, sales coordination, or client servicing.

* Candidates with experience in commercial real estate sales will be preferred.

* Female candidate with excellent communication and client-hand
